Bloom Into You offers physical and digital products, seeds, tubers, plants, corms, workshops, and events.
While we provide high-quality products, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as the success of our products depends on factors beyond our control (e.g., environmental conditions, and user care).
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Payment
Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping
Products are shipped within Australia only at this time.
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location, and are displayed at checkout.
Bloom Into You is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused during shipping. Please contact us if you encounter any issues, and we will assist wherever possible.
5. Returns and Refunds
Products: Refunds or exchanges are not available for products.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue through replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Digital Goods or Services: Refunds are not available for digital downloads or virtual services.
6. Workshops and Events
Bloom Into You is proud to offer unique workshops and events that combine creativity, nature, and community. To ensure the best experience for all, the following policies apply:
Booking and Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Cancellations by Attendees:
30 Days or More Before the Event: Full refund or booking transfer (subject to availability).
15–29 Days Before the Event: 50% refund or booking transfer (subject to availability).
Less Than 15 Days Before the Event: Non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling must be requested at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability and a 20% fee.
Requests made less than 30 days in advance may be treated as cancellations.
No-Shows: No refunds, credits, or transfers are available for no-shows.
Cancellations by Bloom Into You:
Full refund or transfer to a future event.
Special Requests: Dietary or other requests must be communicated at least 14 days prior to the event.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Bloom Into You website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bloom Into You and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bloom Into You is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
