Shipping and Delivery:

We ship all orders within Australia via Australia Post. You can select your shipping method at checkout.

Our team ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed will typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.

Shipping carriers experience delays depending on the time of year or other circumstances. We will fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery times.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the items, weight of the shipment, and Australia Post rates. You can view the shipping cost after entering your address information and selecting the shipping method in your cart before checkout.

Combining orders:
Once an order is placed, it is printed immediately and then put into our order packing queue. Unfortunately, because of our small team and the volume of orders we are processing in a short time, we are unable to combine separately placed orders or modify an order once it’s been placed.

Adding or removing items from an order:
Because we cannot access your credit card information, we are unable to modify your order after it has been placed.

Cancelling an order:
If you need to cancel your entire order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email. We are unable to cancel or remove individual items from your order.

Returns and Refunds:
Seeds, tubers, plants, and corms: All of the seeds, tubers, plants, and corms we offer are of the highest quality and are inspected frequently to ensure they are healthy and viable. For best results, please read the planting and care instructions that come with your order. We have found that many growing problems can be remedied by following these instructions and providing the right growing conditions.

If your seeds, tubers, plants, or corms do not perform after following our detailed instructions, please contact us immediately and we will happily send you replacement seed, tuber, plant, or corm if available, or refund the purchase price. Our guarantee is limited to the purchase price of the seed, tuber, plant, or corm only; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Bloom Into You is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from crop failure.

Workshops and Events: If you are unable to attend a workshop or event you have registered for, please notify us as soon as possible.
Refunds will only be given for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event date.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event will not be refunded. If the workshop or event is cancelled by Bloom Into You, a full refund will be given.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If items are damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order, please contact us and we will replace them.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or if you have ordered the wrong product.
